Refund policy
At Moda Fit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• All original tags must still be attached
• Items must be in their original packaging where applicable
• Final sale items, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@modafitco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and send return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@modafitco.com with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and the issue
• A description of the problem
Defective or incorrect items must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued. We will cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale and clearance items
• Underwear and swimwear
• Gift cards
• Items not in their original condition
