Do you ship throughout the United States?
No. We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States.
Where are products shipped from?
We ship from our international fulfillment centers to offer you the best prices.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure fast processing, any modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes may no longer be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. After delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days, excluding public holidays. Please allow additional processing time during peak periods or promotions. Shipping generally occurs on the next business day after processing.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time within the United States is 7–10 business days. Most orders arrive within this timeframe; however, delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
What if I do not receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 35 days of the shipping date:
• You may be eligible for a full refund.
• A discount code may be offered as compensation for delayed deliveries.
• If the shipment is confirmed lost, a refund will be issued.

How can I return an item?
To initiate a return, send an email to info@modafitco.com. Return requests must be approved before sending items back. Defective or incorrect items must be returned before a refund can be processed. A replacement item may also be requested. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately including:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue
The item must be returned before the refund is processed. Upon request, a replacement item can be sent.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds to credit and debit cards are generally processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item or approving the cancellation. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact your bank as processing times may vary.
